Questions about pricing
You pay in two parts on every website package. Half before we start and half when the site goes live and you are happy with it. Nothing is due at the enquiry stage, and you get the full fixed quote before any work begins.
Starter includes one round of revisions. Business and Online Store include two. A round means you send all your feedback together and we work through it in one pass. Small corrections after launch are not counted as a round.
You supply the text, photos and logo you want used, and we lay it out. If you do not have content ready we will tell you exactly what is needed and in what format. Delivery time starts once that content reaches us, which is why the clock does not run while we are waiting on you.
Yes. Domain registration and hosting are included for the first 12 months, and the domain is registered in your name so you own it from day one. From year 2 renewal is £120 per year. You are told that figure before you start.
Extra pages are quoted per page before they are built, so the price never moves without you agreeing to it first. If you already know you need more, tell us at the quote stage and we will size the package correctly from the start.
The site is yours and it keeps running whether or not you buy support. If you want us to keep it updated, the maintenance plans in the table cover updates, security checks and backups on a monthly basis. You can start, pause or stop a plan at any time.
